Refund Policy – Whale Watching Uvita

We want every guest to have a smooth and enjoyable experience with our Whale Watching tours. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

1. Free Cancellation

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before your scheduled tour. Cancellations made within this period are eligible for a refund according to the rules below.

2. Modifications & Rescheduling

You may modify or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your tour, subject to availability. Changes are always accommodated when possible.

3. Refunds & Payment Processing Fees

Refunds are based on the exact amount we received. Please note:

• If you paid via credit card or other payment methods with fees, these processing fees are not refundable as we do not receive them back from the provider.
• For refunds processed in a currency different from your original payment, exchange rate fluctuations may apply.
• Due to these fees and conversion adjustments, the refund amount may be slightly lower than the original payment, but you will always receive at least 95% of the total amount paid.

4. Large Group Bookings

For larger group bookings, currency fluctuations and payment fees may be more noticeable. We will always refund the full amount we received in our local currency, subject to the same 95% minimum refund guarantee.

5. Weather & Safety

Tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather or safety concerns. In these cases, guests are eligible for a full refund or an option to reschedule without additional cost.

6. Late Arrivals

Guests arriving late may miss part or all of the tour. Refunds are generally not provided for late arrivals, but we always try to accommodate where possible.
